Trigger alerts for product updates

Available on Pro and higher plans

Shoppers frequently use their wishlists to monitor prices and stock levels for their favorite items. With Wishlist Plus, you can leverage triggered emails to boost engagement by targeting three key scenarios:

  • Wishlisted + Price Drop
  • Wishlisted + Low in Stock
  • Wishlisted + Back in Stock

These emails are automatically triggered when there’s a change in price or inventory status, based on your settings. Because these emails are directly related to items on a customer’s wishlist, they tend to perform exceptionally well.


On the Features page of the Application Dashboard, you will find the option to manage triggered alerts and configure your rules for sending out the updates.




Make sure that the triggers are enabled and the settings are saved once you're done!




Send automated reminder emails

Available on Starter and higher plans

The Wishlist Plus app helps customers easily return to the products they love. To further encourage them, reminder emails are an effective way to nudge shoppers back to your site to complete their purchases.


The Wishlist reminder email is configured via Swym Admin. There, you can set up rules to decide when you want to send these emails to the customer. Our system also performs certain actions to limit the number of emails a customer can receive within a week. You may access these settings from the Wishlist Plus Application dashboard from the Features tab.




Capture email for Guest Users

Available on Starter and higher plans

The Guest Email Capture popup enables you to collect email addresses from guest users, allowing you to leverage this data for targeted marketing campaigns. You may access the settings to enable this popup from the Features tab.



Once you're on the Swym Admin, you may decide to enable, disable, and configure the appearance and behavior of the popup. Make sure to save your changes! If you would like to know more about the configuration, click here




Share Wishlists

Email sharing is available on all plans. Social media sharing is only available on paid plans.

Wishlist Plus gives shoppers the ability to share their wishlists with friends and family. The default experience, which enables shoppers to share via email is available for all Swym plans.




The Share Wishlist Settings on Swym Admin allow you to enable or disable the Share button on the Wishlist UI. Head over to the Wishlist Plus tab in the Configuration to do so.




If you're on one of our paid plans, you'll also find the option to enable shoppers to share their Wishlists via social media or through a unique link.
