Add to Mailing List on Hubspot

The Swym X Hubspot integration enables you to add the details of users accessing Wishlist Plus or Back in Stock Alerts application on your store to a mailing list in Hubspot. This list can be used to send marketing or promotional emails to the users interacting with our apps.

How to configure a Swym Add to Mailing List on Hubspot:

1. Complete the authentication and enable the Hubspot integration via Swym dashboard

2. Configure the following data events.

Enable the "Capture email address for guest Wishlist users"

Configure the Marketing List provider and Save

3. On Hubspot admin, head to the "Integrations" section in "Data Management"

4. Click on "Properties" under Data Management

5. Click on "Create Property"

6. Four contact properties must be created in this step - "wishlist_count", "wishlist_last_access_date", "wishlisted_items" and "wishlist_url".

7. After saving all the properties, go to the "Lists" section of CRM and create a new list

8. As we are adding contacts (emails) to the list, the list type would be contact-based. Give the list a unique name and click on "Next"

9. Click on "Add Filter"

10. Search for "Swym" in filter category and select "Swym Wishlist"

11. Add the filters according to your criteria and click on "Save list"

12. After saving, click on "Details"

13. Copy List ID:

14. Enter the list ID on Swym dashboard and save changes:
